وأشارت المصادر إلى أن التنسيق يتم بين المهرّب والجنود الأتراك الذين يُحدّدون لهم نقطة دخول آمنة بعيداً عن رصاص الاستهداف مقابل 1500 دولار عن كل شخص، وشريطة أن يكون العدد أقل من 10 أشخاص في الدفعة الواحدة ضمن وقت تواجد الدوريات المُتّفق معها على ذلك. وأفادت المصادر أن معظم عمليات التهريب تتم عن طريق مُهرّبين من دركوش وحارم لهم تنسيق مع عدد من دوريات الجاندرما تحت غطاء من بعض الفصائل المُسلّحة المُتمرِكزة في المنطقة، مشيرةً إلى أن تهريب الأجنبي غير السوري يكون بمبالغ أكبر قد تصل إلى 2500 دولار على الشخص الواحد. كما أضافت المصادر أن أسعار التهريب تضاعفت بالتزامن مع اقتراب الجيش السوري من إطلاق عملياته العسكرية باتجاه المحافظة، وعلى الرغم من تكثيف الجيش التركي لعدد جنوده على الشريط الحدودي، إلا أن التنسيق مازال مستمراً بين المُهرّبين والجنود الأتراك ولم يتوقّف. كذلك، أكّدت المصادر وقوع قتلى بشكلٍ يومي على الشريط الحدودي جرّاء إطلاق الجنود الأتراك الرصاص المباشر نحو أشخاص يتواجدون ضمن أراضيهم المُلاصقة للشريط بذريعة محاولتهم التسلّل نحو الأراضي التركية، في حين يدخل يومياً عدد من الأشخاص بطريقة آمنة مقابل مبالغ مالية كبيرة. وكان أهالي بلدة كفرحوم شمال غرب إدلب هاجموا نقاطاً للجاندرما التركية التي قتلت شخصاً كان يعمل ضمن أرضه في محيط القرية،حيث وقعت اشتباكات بين الطرفين أسفرت عن وقوع إصابات بصفوفهما وفق ما ذكرته تنسيقيات المسلّحين. |
